1. IN GENERAL: All orders are subject to the terms and conditions below.
2. ORDERS AND QUOTES: The buyer deals directly with NVP 3D (www.nvp3d.com). We accept all orders and will honour our quotes. Each order is confirmed by email.
3. DELIVERY: Delivery is by Swiss Post.
4. SHIPPING COST :
   • For Switzerland, the shipping charge is 3 CHF.
5. PAYMENT: All our products are to be paid for at the time of the order. PayPal allows secure payment by credit card (what is Paypal ?) (SSL).
6. TIMING: Delivery will take up to 10 days from order placement, depending upon stock availability.
7. RIGHTS: Prism glasses, documentaries and films are all protected by copyright ©NVP and ©NVP3D.
8. LEGAL JURISDICTION: Any instance of litigation is subject to Swiss law.
