CERN : Before the particles collide
CERN will be commencing a new particle collision experiment in the next few days. The 27-kilometre ring 100 metres below the French-Swiss border region of Geneva allows scientists to pursue their research into the secrets of the atom, and perhaps to better understand the dawn of the universe. NVP3D visited this incredible labyrinth just before the evacuation of all personnel.
