1. IN GENERAL: All orders are subject to the terms and conditions below.
2. ORDERS AND QUOTES: The buyer deals with NVP 3D (www.nvp3d.com) through the Léman 3D PayPal account. We accept all orders from our shop and will honour our quotes. Each order is confirmed by email.
3. DELIVERY:
   • ​Switzerland : Delivery is by Swiss Post.
   • Outside Switzerland : Delivery is by Swiss Post or DHL
4. SHIPPING COST :
   • Switzerland, the shipping charge is 9 CHF.
   • Outside Switzerland : the shipping cost is 13 CHF
5. PAYMENT: All our products are to be paid for at the time of the order. PayPal allows secure payment by credit card (http://www.paypal.com) via SSL.
6. TIMING: Delivery will take up to 10 days from order placement, depending upon stock availability.
7. RIGHTS: Prism glasses, documentaries and films are all protected by copyright ©NVP and ©NVP3D.
8. LEGAL JURISDICTION: Any instance of litigation is subject to Swiss law.
