1) When I watch a 3D video, I have two identical videos playing on the same time on the screen. Is it normal?

Yes, 3D videos are in fact 2 videos played in the same time, with a vision angle slightfully different. Thanks to the stereoscopes, both videos superimpose each other and create the 3D effect.

2) I have both videos on my screen but I cannot see the 3D effect

Check our help to learn how to see 3D.

3) The flash video jerks and slows down, in spite of the last Flash version installed

If you have the last Flash version, wait a few moments that the video loads. If depsite of that, you encounter some problems, it can be:

• your internet connection
• your browser's Flash plugin
• the active memory (RAM) of your computer (prefer 1GB)

If even with all that, nothing is working, you can, for each video, download it as a Quicktime MOV file. If you cannot read these videos, install the free video player VLC.

4) I cannot play the downloaded videos

install the free video player VLC.

5) What is the delivery time for an order via my caddie?

The delivery time can extend to 10 days. Check the general selling conditions for more informations.

6) I cannot install the video player VLC from my DVD 3D

Open the page "Demarrer.html" and follow the link Install the free video player VLC. In this page, choose the player depending on your computer OS (Mac, Windows, Linux). By clicking on the link, you will download the installer on your desktop (just like if you did it from Internet).

Double-clic on the document (.exe for Windows, .dmg for Mac) and follow the installation steps. Then, you will be able to play all our films without problems.

The stereoscope

1) I can't see through my stereoscope

Slide the plastic shades open. Don't forget to close them after watching, because they protect the mirrors against dust.

The prism glasses

1) I see disorder through my NVP3D glasses

You have to remove the small transparent plastics which are disposed on the prisms. They are here to prevent scratches during the delivery.

The FreeD Multi-media Player

1) I can't see my own pictures on the monitor. The screen remains black.

Photos must be saved, just like videos, with the software Blaze Video Magic. After that, they will be readable by the monitor. The image format is JPEG.

Blaze Video Magic software is only compatible with Microsoft Windows XP, Vista and Seven.

2) I can't see my own videos on the monitor.

3) Where can I find the software for conversion of photos and videos?

Blaze Video Magic software is available on the SD card sold with the FreeD Multi-media Player. It's the file video magic.exe. You have to install it just like any other program for Microsoft Windows XP, Vista and Seven.

4) I can't switch on the monitor.

When the lock is enabled (switch found on the top right corner of the monitor), it is impossible to turn it on. Push the switch to the left to unlock it.

 

5) I try to transfer films and photos with my USB drive, but it doesn't work.

Current monitor versions don't support USB keys. For transferring 3D content, use the SD card. Help guide.
